Confirmed publication date for the substantive report: 24 September 2025

I am pleased to announce that the date for publication of my report by the Chief Constable has been brought forward. At the request of the Northern Ireland Policing Board (NIPB) a slightly earlier publication date of 24 September was proposed, and the Chief Constable and I have been able to accommodate that. It is therefore no longer planned that the publication should await the NIPB meeting on 2 October 2025.

Details of the arrangements, including timings, for publication will be posted on this website when confirmed.
