Baroness Nuala O'Loan DBE
First Police Ombudsman for Northern Ireland; Crossbench member of the House of Lords; Chair of the Daniel Morgan Independent Inquiry into the Metropolitan Police Service; member of the 2022 Government Independent Review of the Human Rights Act; member of the International Steering Group for Operation Kenova.
